Job Description:

We are looking for a Kronos Software Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. With 2-4 years of experience, you will collaborate with project teams and clients, execute maintenance and configuration for Kronos modules, and leverage your functional and technical expertise in Workforce Management domain, including Kronos, Timekeeping, Accruals, Basic Scheduler, SQL Reporting, and WIM Integrations. Key Responsibilities:

As a Kronos Software Engineer, you will:

Collaborate closely with project teams and engage with client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Execute maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules including accruals and timekeeper functionalities.

Bring forth prior experience in supporting and maintaining Kronos applications across various customer domains.

Display prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT processes (preferred).

Possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Workforce Management domain, with a strong emphasis on Workforce Central.

Demonstrate robust expertise in Kronos, focusing on Timekeeping, Accruals, Basic Scheduler, and clock functionalities.

Proficiency in SQL Reporting and WIM Integrations is a requirement.

Familiarity with building custom reports using SSRS tool would be an added advantage.

Optional expertise in Extensions and Workforce Dimensions is a plus.

Creating reports for end users based on dynamic operational needs.

Creating/Revising SQL queries to support operational needs.

Monitor daily, weekly, biweekly interface jobs to ensure timely imports and accuracy of data inputs; review/recommend changes to Workforce Integration Manager interfaces.

Creating/Modifying schedule patterns and/or groups as required

Update Holiday Calendar

Knowledgeable in reviewing/creating/modifying Workforce Integration Manager and SQL queries.

Knowledgeable in creating reports using Kronos Reporting Tools or SQL queries.
